Darshan Jain is a seasoned global professional with 30 years of experience leading transformative change in operations. Using proven methodologies and emerging toolsets, he has helped organizations navigate through complex cultural and technological terrain to streamline and automate processes, increase volume throughput, upskill frontline employees, and improve the customer experience.

At Reveal Group, a global operations consulting firm, Darshan is Managing Partner for Canada and a member of the international executive team. In this role, he leads teams that help clients adopt best practice workforce management and automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and Operational Intelligence. Always keen to exceed stakeholder expectations, Darshan has successfully delivered high-impact projects in numerous industries including banking, insurance, asset management, insolvency, telecom, manufacturing, and commercial real estate.

Previously, Darshan was Head, Technology & Operations at The Burnie Group where he led transformation initiatives at a diverse set of clients including Farber Financial, TD Insurance, CIBC Mellon, Jones Lang LaSalle, RBC, and CPPIB amongst others.

Earlier, as Vice President at Active Operations Management and Director of Analytics at Experian, Darshan worked with senior executives to dramatically transform management methods and build significant operational efficiencies for organizations such as Bank of Montreal, Harris Bancorp, Barclays and TD Canada Trust.
