In this interview, Heinz Avendano, Vice President of Manufacturing at Primex in Langley, British Columbia, describes how his very effective approach to integrating people, processes, techniques and technologies works.

Heinz has have more than 25 years experience in leadership, manufacturing and quality systems from plastics, steel and other industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico, a certificate in project management from UBC and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Adler University.
